"Typology" refers to the study of types and typically involves photographing subjects in similar ways and grouping them together to get the audience to draw conclusions about the similarities and differences between each subject. Typically, the subjects are connected by an overarching theme. The theme for this typology is gifts from my friends and family. In a way, this is a self portrait.
